Value Delivered

To meet this project’s demanding schedule, we combined our sizable resources with a collaborative approach. Work began within two days of the bid date, and in the first two months, we measured and fabricated all ductwork and piping—while performing more than 45,000 field manhours. We were the only company in the Houston area with the resources and expertise to accomplish this on such short notice.

Additionally, all subcontractors had to share a single freight elevator. Our expert logistics coordination in these constrained circumstances helped keep personnel and materials moving on a project that peaked at more than 800 tradespeople on site.
